Hey Liz! Tell us who you are, what you do, and where you work in the Twin Ports.

I guide women and families toward holistic well-being through yoga and coaching. One Love Collective, Yoga Teacher & Certified Inner Alignment Coach located in Superior, WI. I offer virtual services and classes. I work with women, moms, and multi-passionate humans to create intentional spaces for growth, wellness, and connection. My projects range from 1:1 coaching to workshops, gatherings, and my Whole Mom podcast.

What originally brought you to this line of work, and what keeps you here? We’re especially interested in why you choose to operate locally rather than elsewhere.

Burnout led me to a spiritual awakening and a work I deeply love.

I grew up in a small rural town outside of Superior, WI, and I feel really connected to this area—from Lake Superior to local parks, trails, and the community of artists and makers who support each other.

What brought me here was my own burnout in 2020 during COVID, navigating a divorce, and a career change. In 2022, I had a spiritual awakening that helped me reconnect deeper with myself, my spirituality, and my community. Being local allows me to build authentic relationships and contribute to a place that has always nurtured me.

How would you describe your approach to quality and detail in your work? This could include materials, process, timelines, or how you collaborate with clients and other professionals.

I approach my work as co-creation, guided by intuition and values.

I connect to my intuition and Source to guide me through the process—this has been a game changer. I enjoy structure and having a container, but I also allow space for the process to develop organically.

Collaboration is central; I love working with people who align with similar values and visions.

When you think about successful projects, what makes the biggest difference between “acceptable” and “exceptional”?

Success is about impact, not just outcome.

To be completely honest, I’m less attached to outcomes and more focused on effort and co-creating meaningful projects.

Exceptional work happens when all participants feel aligned, invested, and see real positive change happen—beyond just completing a task.

What parts of your home matter most to you right now, and why? This might be about comfort, calm, durability, gathering, or sanity.

Our home is intentional, nurturing, and full of life.

I’m very intentional about the home I’ve curated for myself and my kids—from lighting to sounds, textures, spaces, organization, and minimizing clutter. Our dinner table is where we share meals and discuss what we’re grateful for. The kitchen is where we prepare nourishing meals and have impromptu dance parties. My closet doubles as a space for self-expression, podcasting, and writing.

How do you make decisions when your energy is limited but expectations are high?

All of the above—a dear friend shared this framework with me, which I’ve leaned into for harmony: Delete, Delegate, Defer, & Delay. It helps me focus energy where it matters most and say no to unnecessary expectations.

Is there something in your home or daily routine that genuinely supports you instead of creating more work? Big or small.

Mindfulness—focusing on being present and bringing awareness to the moment in front of me—is central to my day. It supports me far more than any rigid routine ever could.

Are you a parent, caregiver, or someone who supports others in a significant way? If yes, how does that role show up in your daily life right now?

Motherhood is both my teacher and my inspiration.

Yes, I’m a single mother of two young children. Parenting shows up in every part of my life—my priorities, my work, and how I model care, wellness, and integrity. It inspires everything I do.

What is a dream, goal or vision you wish to share with the world? Can anyone local help make it happen? How should they contact you?

I want to guide women back home to themselves.

My dream is to guide women—especially moms and multi-passionate humans—back home to themselves. To create brave spaces through yoga, Whole Mom podcast, gatherings, and 1:1 support where our nervous systems can soften, we can share our truth without fixing, and remember that we already hold our wisdom.

I’m building this slowly, thoughtfully, and impactfully. Anyone local who wants to collaborate or share space can connect with me at onelovecollectiveus@gmail.com.

Anything else you want to highlight or share?

I’m a single mom to two young kids, which has been one of my greatest teachers. Motherhood deepened my commitment to holistic well-being—for myself, my children, and my community.

I care deeply about clean beauty, eco-friendly living, education, and creating environments that support health, balance, and nervous system safety. I want my kids to grow up knowing that how we care for ourselves, our homes, and the planet truly matters.

When I’m not working or parenting, you’ll usually find me reading, hiking, exploring nature, or traveling when I can—near or far. Being outdoors, learning, and staying curious helps me stay grounded and connected.

At the core of everything I do is a belief in small, intentional change. I believe that when we slow down, listen inward, and make choices rooted in care and integrity, meaningful transformation happens. My life and work are about creating space—for healing, for growth, and for people to feel more connected to themselves and to one another.
